| I too am counting Carbs. I think of my diet as two high's and two low's.
High Protein
High Fiber
Low Calorie
Low Carb
Fiber is not only good for you, it also reduces the amt of carbs in a food. If the total carbs are 10g. and there are 5g. of fiber, you deduct the fiber from the carbs and that will give you 5 net carbs. It's the net carbs that you figure into your daily count.
My weigh in - I have lost 3lbs so far.
Hang in there everyone - each day it get's a bit easier!
