my weakness lol I started eating oatmeal rasin bars in the morning instead of my chocolate cup cakes I really want to do this I know once I get use to eatting better it will get much easier!!! ;)
Have a look at how many calories and how much fiber are in those bars! Some are better than others! (and they are ALL better than chocolate calorie for calorie! LOL)
Has anyone read what is in these things? Eat something natural like nuts, raisins, etc. Anyway, did you notice how small the portion is? And can you eat just one?
