| Hello! I'm definately in!! I'm about 28 lbs over weight. I just want to lose it so I can be around for my grandkids -- if I get any! I get out of breath when I try to do too much and I'm tired of it. Sounds like I need to quit smoking too huh?? One thing at a time though! I'm at 168 now and hopefully I can keep up the hard work. My downfall will be after the kids go to sleep. I always get out a book and a snack. I end up eating too much because I'm not paying attention to how much I'm eating. Brought lots of veggies and fruits the other day and have been eating them for a night time snack. Hopefully I can do it! | | | Smile and the world smiles with you. | Hi everybody, I want to do this challenge because I want my health back! I am addicted to sugar, I hardly ever drink water. I am 5"8 and 201 pounds, my goal is to reach 150 pounds by Jan 15th 2009.
I have a program that allows me to make awards, see picture, if you want one just email me your name and how much weight you lost. kbarwick@inreach.com | | | | | Moderator Level up: 29%, 42 Points needed |

| I want to join in. I want to lose another 10-15 lbs. I'm at 150 lbs, but would love to get to 140-135 lbs, especially before the summer. My problem is I love to snack on chocolate, ice cream and pop corn. I use to be a Pepsi addict, but now I only drink bottled water and sometimes lemonades. I bought myself a bike for Christmas to start cycling, since I don't have much time to exercise. So far I got to ride it this past Sunday for about a mile, but that was the first time in years that I've been on a bike. My butt is still hurting from that day. LOL
Count me in for this...let me know what I'm suppose to do for the weigh in and pics.

| Hello Lori,
I saw that you said that one of your weaknesses was popcorn. For my husband's birthday, I bought him a hot air popcorn popper. It cost me around $20 in WalMart. He is addicted as well! That was on Dec 28. Out of all my appliances, this is the one that we use the most. Almost everyday! There are very few calories and no fat in popcorn. I didn't like it so plain though. Well, I bought plain Pam and some Butter Buds and it tastes great! Just spray the popped corn and sprinkle the Buds. It is also good with parmesean cheese and Old Bay seasoning (crab seasoning). Now popcorn is a low calorie and no fat snack that we eat almost everyday and the kids love it as well!
Good luck!

| I will start looking to buy a hot air popper and try it out. Haven't used one in years. I do only buy the snack size microwave bags, so I won't temp myself to more.
Thanks,

| I went searching and found Diet Plan-Weight Loss Program-Free Diets-Calorie Counting-Low Carb Recipes-Diet Program What I was looking for was a calorie count for fruit. It has a really good one. But, what it also has is some ways to take some common recipes and make them low cal. It's not the fanciest site out there, but it's got some good tips.
