1 handful finely crushed almonds
5 tablespoons uncooked oatmeal
2 teaspoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup hot water
Mix all ingredients to form a paste. Slather on (especially on back and chest areas) and leave for 10 minutes. Massage in; rinse off. |
