I would like to extend an invitation to our craft friends to evaluate our website and its order form. Test our order form by submitting a sample order and provide some feedback to us. All those who wish to submit their email address with their feedback will be entered into a draw for a gift basket of candles valued at $20 [min.].

Although we still have some content and pictures to add; we think it would be the right time to obtain user comments before finalizing the site.

How it works:
Cottage Country Candle by Bonnechere Marketplace
Browse the site.
Bring up the order form.
Submit a sample order.
In the Comments box, type in "TEST" so we know not to ship the products. :-)
You mail insert your comments in the comments window or email comments separately to candles@cottagecountrycandle.com

We do appreciate your time and wish to thank all who participate in this survey.
