Thank You Veterans Nov 11th

On this day of Veteran's day a few thoughts.



Thank you Mr. Veteran thanks for keeping me free.

Thank you for going amid the noise and haste.

I want you to know your life was not a waste.

Today I am sitting here at my desk.

Thank you for being America's best.

For every life you gave I say thanks.

For all your wounds that is something that should be kept in banks.

How can I express my deep appreciations.

For you who are one of his creations.

I thank you for all the wars.

I thank you for your scars.

Most of all I just thank you.

I will remember the red, white and blue.

So today I say thanks again.

From the desert to the mountain.

Thank you Mr. Veteran.

Thank you all from this great land.
