Tootsie is a pretty panda created especially for PTB, by Colin and Marie Black. She is sewn from a combination of black and cream mohair and is designed with an endearing wobble head. Once complete, she stands 25cm (10") tall. Tootsie is simple to make, just follow the instructions and she could soon be joining your collection.
