THERE ARE ALOT OF REALLY GOOD IDEAS HERE.
HERE'S A RECIPE FOR IRISH WHISKEY MARMALADE:
COMBINE 1/4 CUP PLUS 2 TBSP WATER AND 1/4 CUP SUGAR IN PAN, BRING TO A BOIL UNTIL IT REACHES 200 ON CANDY THERMOMETER. STIR IN 1 CUP OF ORANGE MARMALADE, COOK UNTIL IT REACHES 240. ADD 2 TBSP IRISH WISKEY. STIRRING UNTIL WELL BLENDED. REMOVE FROM HEAT, AND LET COOL. SPOON INTO A CLEAN JAR AND STORE IN FRIDGE FOR UP TO 1 MONTH. |
