| [img]images/smiley_icons/jiving.gif[/img] This is my most fav salad that my mom makes and I finaly got the recipe off of her!! Here it is for you!!
<div align="center">Oriental Salad
Bok Choy or Savoy Cabbage (I have used Romaine)
4to5 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup butter
Small pkg. sesame seeds
1/2 cup slivered almonds (optional)
2 pkg. Chinese noodles (Mr. Noodles)
Dressing
1 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar (I use splenda)
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste
Method
Chop Bok Choy Cabbage and onions, put in large baggy
In a frying pan put in butter, break up noodles to bite size pieces, sesame seeds, and slivered almonds. BROWN CAREFULLY!!
Let cool and put in baggy
Mix dressing and put in a jar.
Shake well, before pouring over salad.
Put Salad together just before serving!!
