Cheddar Hashbrown Bake |

| These are rich and delicious...
2 lb. bag frozen hashbrown potatoes, thawed
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup melted butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. salt
Mix all ingredients except hashbrowns until well blended. Stir in thawed hashbrowns. Turn into a 9 x 13" buttered baking dish. Add topping below. Bake at 350* for 45 minutes.
Topping:
1/3 cup melted butter
1 1/2 cups crushed cornflakes
Mix topping ingredients, sprinkle on casserole. |
