Scalloped Corn
2 cans creamed corn
2 beaten eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 sleeve of saltine crackers, crushed
butter
Mix corn, eggs and milk. Add about half or a little more of the cracker crumbs. Pour into a buttered casserole dish. Dot the top with butter and then sprinkle remaining cracker crumbs to top. Cover and bake @ 350* for approximately 45 minutes. Allow to set five minutes before serving. Serves 6 people. |
