NEED SOME IDEAS FOR A WINTER TYPE XMAS TREE

Hi everyone, Even though its very early, i have decided this year i wanna do away with all my other prim country ornies, and do a winter type snowman theme. I already have my snowman glass ball ornies, and wooden snowflakes with the glitter glass. I dont wanna do it real prim, but i think i am gonna do the color scheme in powder blue, silver, and then the white. But what kind of tree topper? And what types of other (handmade things could i put on it?) I am making all my ornies. Keep in mind, i dont sew, only paint and glue gun,

Last year I bought the clear glass balls and stuck star stickers on them then frosted them with etching glass then took the sticker off. lifted the top hanging part and put inside glitter grass. Then took a gel pens both gold and silver and traced around the stars , the glitter grass showed through the clear glass part. Then tied silver glittery ribbon around the hanger loop.I saw this on tv. tie two blue small candles together with a glittery ribbon they are easy to make if you can find any. icicles made from glass beads. glue small glass balls ornaments to form wreaths. or use as an angel head and use glittery yarn as body. paint scene on a glitzy glass ball. Im trying to think of a tree topper but ......hmmmm well except for the normal angel, star, fatherchristmas, bell, wreath, I cant think of anything. A musical horn, for your door attach some silver cookie cutters together to form a wreath and decorate with blue ribbon, That is all I can come up with for now.

You have some great ideas Meg. I love the angel tree topper they are very easy to make and no real sewimg, a stitch here and there and glue.
