Post stuffed christmas tree centerpiece
Old 07-17-2009, 04:20 PM   #1 (permalink)

Hello to all,
I am having a terrible time finding a pattern. I had it but, I must have lent it out to someone and did not recieve it back. It is called McCALL'S CRAFTS (CHRISTMAS TREE CENTERPIECE) and you stuff it.
I think the pattern # was 7772 but, I am not sure. I am 53 years old and my memory is not as good as it used to be, lol.
I have searched at McCALL'S website and it is no where to be found. I do have to admit it, it is an older pattern.
If anyone has an idea where I could find it, I would appreciate it so much. I am giving them out to some people for christmas presents. I am willing to pay for whatever it costs.
My email address is: lori32556@yahoo.com
Thank You, STAY HEALTHY, Lori aka as Twizzels

Hi, Not sure if you're still looking for this pattern, but the pattern number is 5778 and it is a McCalls. I have a few of these patterns. Willing to give you one, if you like. If you have a Hancocks or Joanns near you, check them out they sometimes have patterns for 99c. Walmart also carries them as well. Hope this helps.

Hi browneyes, I live in Joanne's fabric and craft store, lol.
I got so excited, one day i sat down at the book table and I was just curious to see what I could find. All of a sudden, there it was, it really made my day. I bought the pattern and the beautiful fabric and went home and made it. It came out so pretty.
I was wondering, I take really good care of the patterns, but the paper is so flimsy. Is there a way to make them a little more sturdier. . Also thank you for your reply.
In all our Walmarts, not one of them has a sewing section. Everytime people say go to Walmart, I laugh. We have 5 or 6 Walmarts and not one have anything like that.
Thanks again, STAY HEALTHY, Twizzels,,, Lori

I don't know of any way to make them sturdier. You could probably seal them with clear contact paper, but then you wouldn't be able to store them in the envelope. Post a pic so I can see too. I plan to make some too.

Hi browneyes,
I would love to post my items but, I do not understand
how to do it. I went to the subject and it tells you how,
but I still need some help in doing so.
STAY HEALTHY, Twizzels
