what to take with at a crop

i have been going to a crop meet since last month they meet every second saturday of the month i need some information on what to take with i have two bags that i put everything in like my photo cropper one plastic container of eyelids my fiskers eyelet tool scissers 12 by 12 paper atrimmer incase i have to trim the paper the album the pages the pictures i been seeing the ladies bring in these big cases of everything they have i want to gat a double sided cropper hopper for embellishments do they make em big enough to hold most of my supplies but small enough to fit into my bag i really need some organazation help
