Tortured Chickens

Does anyone know where to buy the "Tortured Chickens" wall quilt pattern that was available around 1998?It looks like a group of appliqued chickens on top of each other looking at a worm in the corner.It can be seen at thequilt show website in their quilt gallery in the pages numbered in the 40's. I am lady chicken farmer and I love to collect wacky chickens. I would really love to make this quilt to hang in my kitchen. Thanks in advance for any help. I don't know who the designer is.
