ProPay Question

I have a question for any of you who use propay.
I have my first big show coming up in a few weeks.
I went ahead and signed up for propay under the
"basic" account which only allows you to process
at a limit of $1,000 per month.
My question is. If I have more than $1,000 in charges
for this sale, could I hold an process some transactions
the following month?
My show is Sept. 26 & 27th. I thought I might be able
to put some through that weekend, and process the
rest a few weeks later in mid October.
Since I have no idea on how many sales I will take in
I was trying to make some kind of a game plan ahead of time.

I have used Propay for over two years and I have never had a problem with going over the limit. There are two things you could do 1) contact Propay and pose that question to them or 2) increase your plan to cover anything over 1000.00 for one month, then go back to your original plan. If you have several shows between now and Christmas where you think you may go over 1000.00, I would increase to the next plan until after the Holidays. You might find the next plan is well worth the money and decide to keep it. I like propay and would not change to any other plan.

I will do just that. This sure has been a hectic time
trying to get everything together for the first time. I am sure
it will be a lot easier after I go through it the first time.

Hi..I had propay and gave it up a couple months ago.i really liked it but I invested in a wireless terminal. If I was your customer I would not be happy if you held my charge over for a later time. I would get the next plan. Thats what I had or else speak to propay.

People at propay were very helpful and allowed me to
up grade for a much larger monthly processing limit, I only had to pay the difference between the account premiums. Thanks for the advice ladies Stacy
