Craft Site For Sale

I have decided to sell my current business; The Charm Barn. I have decided to move home and go back to school. I opened it in March of this year. And it has done very well, however there has been a lot of backend work done with it to get it the traffic it has now. I have owned an online business before, and learnt the hard way that customers just don’t *appear* when you start a website, so this business had a step ahead of others.
Currently I am bringing in a very nice part time income on the site alone (I will give more info to interested parties). I have also been earning more on Feebay (ebay). However, since the site is now getting a lot of traffic I am not sure if the new owner would want to even bother with Feebay other then perhaps keeping the store open for traffic pushes to the site.
The site will also come with the current inventory. I will also provide a list of US wholesale companies. All are located in the US and I have used them all numerous times, and provide awesome customer service as well as quality products. You do need to keep an inventory; however since the products wholesale price is so low you do not have to carry a large overhead to operate the business.

You might also want to cross post your sale on a large webmaster forum like SitePoint (they may charge) or DigitalPoint(free).

I would also suggest looking into a third party escrow service with the amount of money you are asking for the site.

Have you every thought of having someone run it for you. Set up an account for them to buy what is needed and stuff. Cause 3500.00 is a ton of money for anyone to come up with.
