Have you tired combing through the Yahoo User Groups. I belonged to a group where we promoted and swaped our stuff with each other. But I can't remember it's name or if it's still around.
I promote my site www.neeterthings.com through free ads on Kijiji and Craig's List. I pick some good sellers from the web site and list them on those sites. By doing it that way, I can list as many things as I want and have ads in all the major cities around me. Most sites like those mentioned here only allow you to advertise within your own state/province but you can advertise in any city in your state that has that site. Hope this gives you some ideas, Leanna!

Lanak, I asked my GF who owns her own web business. She said post that you would like to banner swap with people. To add your site were other people can see it.
Promoting is a great idea. Send me your link I will add it to my link list.
Banner swaps are a great idea. I forgot about those. You might also want to ask the other members if they could post a link on their sites for you. You post a link for them too.
The site Home jewellery Business Success Tips by Rena Klingenberg is a great site for any one in the home crafts business. It is aimed at the jewellery business but to be honest their are some great links that I think you would find useful.
I have attached the link that has information about business website tips.
Thanks everyone! My "regular" website is just sitting there with basically nothing on it. I haven't promoted it in so long. I'm just keeping the url so nobody else can take it. Once my contract is up I'm moving the site to a more managable host.
So I can't really do a banner exchange because there is no where to put a banner for others in my esty shop. I can put a link or small banner to other stores in my blog though! If anyone wants to do that I'd be willing to give you a link or small banner in return!
I'm trying Link Refferal. It's getting my more views but not any sales just yet.
I am also very tempted to run an ad in the local weekly paper. It's $45 dollars but it's very tempting as they have a "crafters corner". Might be good Christmas promotion.
