Doing a craft show helps you get exposure for your products as well as talk to other crafters to help you along with your business. Sometimes you make no sales at a show, but you gain knowledge you didn't have before that in turn will help to build your business to success. You could have a wonderful product if it is not marketed properly or your business is not organized correctly, you will not succeed.

Craft fairs are very popular at the best of times but at this time of year there are plenty to choose from. I find that the cost of attending both as an exhibitor or as a paying customer can be off putting so its a good idea to spread the word by listing some of your items on line. There are a number of websites springing up where you can list your items for sale which are either free or very cheap. Watch out craft fairs!
