I need some help! Ok, I started selling little buttons & magnets with my logo on them. I am affraid that someone is going to start using my logo for their stuff.

GO THROUGH THE COPYRIGHT OFFICE. YOU SHOULD FIND INFO THERE .YOU CAN ALSO CALL THEM OR EMAIL THEM. THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL. I BOTHER THEM ALL THE TIME [img]images/smiley_icons/hysterical.gif[/img]

I was reading that site. So I can copyright my logo for $45 instead of trademarking it for $250 +++???

Copyrights are for printed material, books, patterns, music, etc.
