How many sales are you missing?

I know spam is a big pain...believe me I hate it just as much as the next person! But if you have an e-mail that is crucial to receiving orders or questions about items....then be cautious as to how tight you have that spam filter set!

If you can set it to go to a spam box then do that, then everyday, because they will get deleted most times after a few days, check that box!

I can't tell you how many times I've tried to get up with a certain person, then finally getting them (via her forum) and the excuse is it must have gone into the spam box! (And no, it's no one here on CC.)

So if your e-mail is vital to your business...loosen up a bit! Just delete those spam e-mails!
