| ...but I'll ask it again, anyway. I just finished reading the post about the new Create a booth site and I know several of you participate in at least one online booth community.
Are any of you making consistent sales from the online community? Based on (your) sales, pricing, etc., which one (if any) would you suggest and why?
I'm thinking about dropping my website and going with one of the communities. Thanks, Kids! | | | | | Moderator Points: 10,343, Level: 43 | Level up: 44%, 57 Points needed |

| Well, I for one, have never had any luck with the create a booth or any kind of online things I have tried. Even with the online craft shows, etc. either.
But that's just me, I think others maybe doing better at it than I was and they can give you more positive input. | | | | | Moderator Points: 31,169, Level: 77 | Level up: 78%, 481 Points needed |

| HI Sher,
Well, I have had very good luck/sales with my online booth but.....I belong to several different prim type forums and have my banner all over so I think that helps. I also started doing whole sale and have several regular customers that I got through the booth site. Anyway, that's my input! LOL! If I can help you in any way, just e-mail me! | | | | | Moderator Points: 15,741, Level: 54 | Level up: 55%, 259 Points needed |

| Thanks, everyone, I appreciate your input. My website is only $11.95 monthly and I get good comments on it but frankly am not making any money with it. Good comments are appreciated and make you feel good but don't pay any bills.
I've looked at the Crowsoup site and really like the way it's set up; each advertiser (or store/booth holder) has an individual site that looks a lot like an individual website, and Crowsoup does a lot of advertising. Has anyone had any experience with them?
Christy, I thought you had a lot of success with your online booth but now I'm wondering what makes one booth successful and another not successful. Maybe you've figured out the solution - lots of heavy e-networking!
I did see ads for a lot of the sites in Country Marketplace, including the site belongs to. Please let me know if any of you sees an increase in business as the magazine circulates. | | | Women want to be treated as equals, not sequels

| Well Sher, word of mouth too, that's how I got customers as well. My major seller is the cinna buns and the caramel buns right now.
I'll be sure to keep in contact with you and let you know how sales were for the fair. | | | | | Junior Member Level up: 23%, 118 Points needed |

| I also put some of my craft things on a site called Country from the Heart and at the moment I'm doing real well on there. She's a consignment site and takes 20% of your sales. So all I did was tack on the 20% to the price and add whatever the shipping is. | | | | | Moderator Points: 24,742, Level: 68 | Level up: 69%, 158 Points needed |
