ok ya'll already think im a goof...lol which i am.....ok, here's what happened.... i sneezed this morning and felt a pop...in the mid part of my back,,,,,thought nothing of it, every bone in my body pops...but oh hell when i tried to stand up.......lets just say it didnt work out as planned.....please say a prayer for me today.........im so dying here....

Sounds like you poped a rib out of place, I have done that before, OUCH! I agree that if in a couple of days it is not better Go see the doc. I will be praying for you dear!
