So sorry to hear about your dad. And yes, for your mom, it's going to be a big change. My mom was married for 42 years when my dad passed away. It was hard for all of us. It was a big change, for we are a close family. I let my mom talk about him, cry, and I was just there for her. sometimes just sitting with her and not saying anything is the biggest help ever. You and your family are in my thoughts an prayers.My husband los his dad in Aug. of last year and his mom missed him alot they had been married for 50 years,then he losther in june this year only 10 months apart.The kids think she just maybe mourned him till she died.You take care and just be there for your mom she is going to need you alot for awhile. | | | | | Senior Member Level up: 15%, 10 Points needed |
