| We have one dog - 7 years old - named Duke. He loves to play fetch with us. We throw the ball, he runs and gets it, and lays down to wait for us to come get it from him. We are trained so well.
I (notice I didn't say we, DH doesn't claim them) have 3-5 barn cats. Depends on the day. | | | | | The Following User Says Thank You to bartkowski mom For This Useful Post: | | | Member Level up: 10%, 89 Points needed |

| We are owned by two cats both orange tabbies. Our male is the outside cat who keeps the mouse population under control and the female is our indoor baby. They are both spoiled rotten and rule us. The female is part Maine Coon and our male is just a rugged tom cat. He likes to bring me gifts of mice and other critters. I love cats. Before moving into this smaller house we lived on a beautiful farm. At that time I had 7 pure black house cats, a tom that was black and silver and the barn cat who was all black except for a small patch of white on her chin. My hubby was on night shift back then and 8 of the cats slept with me on the bed it was winter and the best heat in the house. Hubby said that I looked like I had a fur hat on because the four black kittens slept at my head.
Smiles n hugs

| Apple - Last August someone dumped a little kitten off somewhere and it ended up at my sliding glass door looking in at me. We were on our way to pick up our Boxer and I about cried when I saw it. I just can not have one other animal in my house. 6 is quite enough.
So you know me, I felt sorry and started feeding it. We took the old crate we had and put it out on the patio. I covered it with blankets and bricked it down and made it a little bed inside and that's where it stayed all winter.
His name is Henry and he's a yellow tom cat. He comes and goes but he's usually there at feeding time. He's pretty tame now, but is still scared of strangers. | | | | | The Following User Says Thank You to Debdcu For This Useful Post: | | | Moderator Level up: 36%, 51 Points needed |

| We have a 3 month old Sheltie. He thinks he's boss, but, when we get finished with training, he'll know for sure who's boss. It will probably be him.
He is absolutely adorable and I love him to pieces. | | | | |
