my yard. Something is (scuse me) pooping in my yard. When the critter goes, it is a huge pile. My yard is fenced in and nothing can get in but small critters that go under the fence like bunnies, skunks, chipmonks. Today I found another huge pile, coal black in color. This is driving me crazy. It would be like bear droppings it is so big. Any ideas?
just a few ? or thoughts
first have you checked your fence all around there might be a hole under it some where ..check behind anything you may have in front of your fence for decoration.... second do you live near water it could be geese droppings they are as big as doggy doodoo
hope this helps will check back to see what your mystery is

Well I Couldn't Find Anything. We Don't Live Near Water But We Have An Above Ground Pool. (noy Opened Yet) I Do See Geese Fly Over But Have Never Seen Them In My Yard.
Well Now I Am Freaking Out!!!!! Another Pile Of Doo Doo And Here Is The Best Part. On The Side Of The Deck Is A Lattice About 10 Feet High Covered In Honeysuckle Vines. Something Ripped Out The Vines At The Top Of The Lattice. There Is Is A Big Bare Circle There. All The Vines Are Hanging, Crushed And Broken. I Can't Even Reach That Spot. The Doo Doo Is Right Below The Lattice. I Am Really Starting To Get Creeped Out. This All Happens At Night.
any way you could set up a video carmera and tape to see what it might be something is very determened to poo in your yard .... is there any other plants or anything that it might have recked or destroyed ...this is definately a strange mystery

another ? do you have a bird feeder in your yard thinking about it there might be a cat that can climb your lattice and may be going after birds to eat they can leave piles too if it is a big cat it could be a large pile like a dogs we have our outside cats and they leave piles out side we have stray cats that come visit some times and they are larger than ours just wondering

Yes I Have Birdfeeders, Nesting Boxes, Birdbath, A Little Bunny/ Skunk Birdbath Etc. These Piles Are Pretty Big For A Cat. I Have 4 Indoor Cats And They Do Nothing Like This. I Posted A Pic Of The Fence Around My Yard.
