They were much smaller than Gracies Hoover Gang II. very timid and run and hide when we came on the deck. Even Mom is not like Grace who acts like she owns the place.
Her kits are growning fast and three of them were on the deck yesterday morning when our two male cats who were in the garden wanted to get on the deck and the Kits started growling at the cats who stopped dead in their tracks.
It was so funny and I had to go out to tell the Kits to stop it and get my cats in the house. Little bandits are becoming just like their Mom,think they own the place.
DH is sure we have one or two skunks living under the front deck,he says he keeps filling in holes round the trellis which is around the bottom of the deck. We smell them often enough.
Lots of tiny baby squirrils around now and they are jumpy. The adults are not and come on the deck and one jumps on the mesh on the back storm door. Its a gray one and the only one who is cheeky enough no matter how often I shout at him to get off.
