What I do Paula is use old jeans (when I have them) and double stitch them! I also braid yarn for a tail and I triple stitch that in! We have wild carnip growing here on the farm, so I never have a lack for catnip!

I use fabric scraps instead of fiberfill... that way I am not worried about the cats eating the stuffing! (AND it saves money! LOL)
