| I have a pet question for you. I noticed in the " what kind of pet do you have" post you said you had lots of birds. Have you ever heard of a talking lovebird? I have one and noone seems to have heard of that. Can they talk? Mine will sit there and say his name over and over. He has begun to say something I am not sure of yet. He will copy your whistle too. | | | | | Member Level up: 31%, 110 Points needed |

| Males are excellent talkers some females will learn a few words. If you whistle too much they will lean more to that than talking. They are very affectionate birds as long as they are the only bird because they consider you as their mate, they can be very fickle when introduced to another bird and drop you like a hot potato. Spend as much time as you can talking to him so he will learn more words and leave the tv on cartoons when you are out, it helps them to learn neat things. also remember with a bird you have to keep the same amount of time for them if you drop them it can be devestating to the little fellow so make a point to keep him entertained about the same amount of time daily. | HE IS A SWEETIE. HE WILL BE A YEAR OLD JANUARY 6TH. I GOT HIM FROM MY DAUGHTERS BOYFRIENDS MOTHER. SHE RAISES BIRDS. HE WAS HANDFED. HE IS SO TAME. HE DOESNT LIKE TO LEAVE ME FOR A MINUTE. HE SITS UNDER THE KITCHEN FAUCET AND TAKES A SHOWER, SNUGGLES UNDER MY NECK. I JUST LOVE HIM. HIS CAGE IS FULL OF TOYS AND HE IS BUSY IN THERE ALL DAY. HE DOES GET FLYING AND PLAY TIME. I HAVE HEARD OTHERS SAY HOW NASTY THEY ARE WHEN THERE ARE TWO. THANK GOODNESS HE ISN'T. HE HAS ONE OF THOSE BED BUDDIES THAT HE SNUGGLES UP TO. HE DOESNT LIKE ME TO TOUCH THAT AT ALL. HE ALSO HAS A BIRD TENT, HAVE YOU SEEN THOSE? HE SLEEPS IN IT WITH HIS BEAK PEEKING OUT. SO FUNNY. THANKS FOR THE INFO. | | | | | Super Moderator Level up: 41%, 381 Points needed |

| Well Deb... I have a ton of pictures to share but my daughter cannot figure out how to save it on the computer. There is nothing there that says save. Your directions were excellent and getting it on the board will be no problem. Saving it on the computer is. | | | | | Moderator Points: 10,343, Level: 43 | Level up: 44%, 57 Points needed |

| Well I had to purchase a "base" for my camera that transfers the pictures to the computer. Then you will have to install the software it tells you to from that. I have a Kodak so mine says Kodak Picture Software.
I don't know if this helps...... | | | | | Moderator Points: 30,992, Level: 77 | Level up: 78%, 658 Points needed |

| No her camera doesn't need a base. She has been sending pictures in emails. If my son in law comes in this month he will help us. I am not real computer knowledgeable. I can do what I need to do thats it. It is a very good camera. Takes great pictures. We just need some help. I probably should ask Laura, Shes a computer whiz. | | | | |
