Pets & The Holidays

With the holidays fast approaching it might be a great time to remind everyone about the hazzards of the holidays!!



Watch your pets around the Christmas tree; cats love to climb them and bat at the ornaments that dangle from the limbs. Something about that tinsel seems to attract them...and eating tinsel can prove to be deadly to your pet! Hang those glass ornaments up higher on the tree. Make sure power cords are hidden; those could be a shocking experience for Rover!



I love holiday plants....Christmas Cactus, Poinsettas, Holly and Mistletoe.....but some of those are toxic to our pets not to mention kids too!!!



Holiday foods are one of the best parts of the holidays!!! Remember chocolate is deadly to out pets!!! Besides save the candy and goodies for yourself.. ..give your pet a nice bone or some special treats designed special for them!!
