Help w/ballon weights

[img]images/smiley_icons/1zhelp.gif[/img] I need help with making ballon weights. I have tried to use a funnel, but it only fills up the size of the ballon(not blown up). There isn't enough sand in the ballon. I can blow in the ballon and it will fill up a little more, BUT I have 25 of these to do! Please HELP!

Are you talking about the weights to hold down balloons from drifting ? If so they are not balloons they are little cups or sacks filled with sand or rice and the balloons are then tied to them, the cups can be covered with foil or tissue !

My girlfriend was in the balloon business and what she did for the weights was take a balloon and fill it with some water and then knot it make sure its not full all the way. Then she would take some foil paper and wrap around the balloon and tie it with ribbon to match whatever color you are going with. This is the only way she ever did it so i hope this helps.
