How about brag books, purchase inexpensive small photo albums and personalize them.
A calender with the baby's pictures on each month.
On nice linen or parchment paper--make an imprint of the baby's hands at the top in each corner and feet at the bottom in each corner then print out a sweet poem in the middle of the page--frame it with a picture frame decorated with charms or button letters.
Photo transfer a picture of the baby on a throw pillow suitable for each ones living room.
Make a plaster cast of baby's hands or feet--spray paint them--mount them on a block of wood with it's name and personal info on it.
Paint a coffee mug for each of them with the baby's vital statistics on it.
