HELP- for old acrylic paint

Hi to all of you happy painters out there! I have some really old Apple Barrel Acrylic Paint (10 yrs +) After all this time it has become thick and lumpy. Am I surprised? NO! Even after 50- I too have become just a little thick & lumpy, Anyway, any ideas how to save it? Also would it be better to store it upside down in the bottle, to prevent the from forming on the top?

Any thoughts are Welcomed.

You could add a bit of extender to it then put a small piece of pantyhose over the top to strain out the lumps. It doesn't matter how you store your paints, the air causes the skin. The only option to this even though it looks bad is to squeeze the air out of the bottles. Hope this helps.......
