plastic canvas ribbon angels

Hello to all my name is Barbara and i from south georgia. just recently i started working with some of the elders at our local nursing homes. I have been making little items totake to them and help brighten there day. I have been looking for this cute little angel pattern that was once out in mary maxim and other catalogs. it was made from plastic canvas and ribbon. The head was from a bead of some sort. i have the same pattern i think that i have been making bookmarkers with, but not sure how the bead fits on the end of the canvas. Any help would greatly be appreciated. I am also lookign for a litle girls trinket doll that was made from bleach jug. it was a beautiful crochet dress. This will be greatly appreciated as well. doing those for little girls that have cancer. to all who can help i sure appreciate it. barbara

I didn't find anything for the bleach bottle though. I'll see if any of the other ladies have a pattern for it.
