looking for information

I am looking for information about the picture attached. I don't know if it is from a book or is a kit. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

this pattern is called Guardian Angels and was in plastic canvas world magazine. you can get it for free from freepatterns.com if you go there and register for free and type the name guardian angels in the search and it will come up as a pdf file to download where you can then save & print the pattern. Hope this helps!
