Hi Tashy, We have the "DOLLAR TREE" here in Coalton, WV. Everything is a dollar and I love it. We also have "DOLLAR GENERAL" and "FAMILY DOLLAR", two more of my favorites. And 3 different Thrift Stores. I give things to them as much as I buy there. I'm always looking for a bargain. I'm sorry your losing your "99 CENT STORE". That would crush me. to you.

Just please be careful with what you buy in these stores. They don't have the same regulations in China as they do here and they get their products made in China. There was an issue with toothpaste awhile back, but can't remember what. I too shop at Dollar Tree, but I don't buy personal care or food items...it's just too risky now a days!

Yeah...the tooth paste had too much flouride in it I think. There were also problems with some of the other stuff there like that. They aren't regulated like we are on how much or what goes into their products. Even if it's "name brand" it's still made with their regulations and not ours. (I think the toothpaste was Crest)

I still love going to those stores though! All of our "99 cent" stores have closed. Now we have Dollar Tree and Everything $1. I love the craft and scrapbook sections.

I agree you have to be REALLY careful about the things you buy :( there was things on our news last week about some scrap booking coins that were full of led ... enough to kill an infant.

That's scarey about the coins! I usually buy the paper and stickers.
