OK.....Just worked out on the Wii fit for half an hour. This system is insane. If I didn't just burn a pile of calories and burn fat I am in trouble. My clothes are soaked and I have to go and jump in the shower.

I just started off with some basics but the are working I am feeling the burn baby. I did some strength training(just two of them), some skiing, hula hoop(that one made me work like a mad woman), stepping(man I have no coordination at all), and jogging(that one was a killer but I kept my pace and finished) if I keep this up I should loose my 10 pounds in the two weeks that is where I set my goal.

I will have to go shopping for some work out clothes-jean shorts and t-shirt doesn't cut it. You have to have some work out clothes for stretching and a pair of shoes for the running.

I am sold on this and look forward to the competition that will be starting within my family. It has already started and I beat the hubby in all of them so far lol.

It also keeps track of your daily work out including how many minutes you work out each time. As well you are reward each time and open new areas of the fit.

I will let you know my progress. But in my opinion it is worth every penny spent especially for my youngest who has the most weight to loose.

Smiles and hugs and pain(but a good pain)

Leah

Wow that was great timing!!
I'm still hunting one! Seems like the places or only getting 1 or 2 at a time. This really is upsetting!
You can find them online but I'm not going to pay $200 for one!
Glad it is working for ya!!

Wow $200 online that is crazy. We only paid 89.00 Canadian plus the taxes. I guess we luck out because the shipment had only just arrived when we were there shopping. I had called around Friday to different places and they said they had none in stock for at least three weeks. We are able to prepay and preorder at one store but we found this one first.

I am still just amazed with it. The oldest came home from work last night and was working out for almost an hour. She loves it. Can't wait for the youngest to get home today to give it a whirl.

Smiles n hugs
Leah

Good Morning, Leah! If you don't mind me asking, where did you get your Wii Fit from? I would like to check into them down here in NB.

We purchased ours at Walmart. Like I said it was just luck. I guess their shipments come in on Fridays here in our little town. I was just checking out ebay and wow those prices are nuts.

Smiles n hugs

Ok

Now this thing is becoming addicting. The four of us are one it at least half an hour a day. We keep trying to knock the other persons high scores off. I can't complain. My youngest needs to loose at least 50 pounds and we kept at her and nothing. Now with the Wii Fit she is loosing her weight and she is trying to beat everyone which makes her work even harder. The better you get at it the more games you unlock.

My suggestion if you are able to get a Wii Fit make sure to buy a Wii cover for the board. It is ok with out the cover but it is easier to keep clean with it as well as it adds a little more cushion to it and protects it to last longer

Smiles n hugs
Leah

Believe it or not, we got a Wii for our 22 year old son for Christmas and have had so much fun with it. Looking to get the fit game. This game console really has a way to bring the family together.
