| My husband grew up in Mexico, we have cilantro in the house a lot. Salsa is the most common place for it, but you can use it in a lot of places. Salads, on fish, in a marinade or even in soup. It is a strong flavor, so you either like it or not, there's no in between. You can use it anywhere you'd use parsley. But it will be the dominate flavor.
