| 5 oz. cooked Fusilli pasta
7 oz. Morningstar Farms or Boca "sausage" (chunked)
exra virgin olive oil
1/4 c. sundried tomatoes
1/2 c. quartered black olives
salt and pepper
fresh basil and parsley
-Cook sausage in olive oil.
-Stir in tomatoes and olives. Season with salt and pepper.
-Toss pasta with sausage mixture.
-Add fresh herbs and adjust seasonings to your liking! |
