Creamy Italian Chicken |

| Ingredients:
4-5 boneless/skinless chicken breasts
1 - 8oz. package cream cheese
1 packet dry Italian dressing mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup milk (optional)
Leave cream cheese out during the day to let it soften. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Mix together the cream cheese, soup, Italian mix, and milk with a mixer. Place chicken breasts in a greased 9x13 pan. Spread the mix over top making sure there aren't many open spots. Bake at 325 for an hour. Serve over brown rice. Makes 4-5 servings. |
