Cinnamon chicken

In an episode of Little House, Laura made Cinnamon Chicken for Almanzo. It sounds as if it would be really good. Although I've checked several old recipe books and such, I haven't found a receipe for Cinnamon Chicken. I was wondering if anyone had heard of Cinnamon Chicken or had a recipe? Thanks in advance for any help anyone can give.

You had me curious ...so I typed Cinnamon Chicken and found a lot of sites for recipes for it...
Not sure what Laura put in her recipe but you can look over the list and choose one.
