| Does anyone know of a website I can go to to identify the beads I have? I want to make sure I am labeling them right when I list my earrings on etsy!
Most of them were purchased at a store that gets most of their beads at bead shows. Their inventory changes almost constantly, so I don't think they would still have these same beads. | | | | | Moderator Level up: 41%, 5 Points needed |

| Leanna, Do you mean for the cut of some of the beads or the names of stone beads, etc? I found that michael's has a few names/ descriptions on their site. Also for stones, I came across this: http://www.backwoodsbeadery.com/BeadTips/StoneID.h tml
(you scroll across the pics with your mouse)
Other than that, I couldn't find much. Sorry-I hope this helps some, though! | | | | | Moderator Points: 24,694, Level: 68 | Level up: 69%, 206 Points needed |

| Oh! That stone helps for a few of them! I think the other might be glass, but they were kind of expensive and they look like opal so I will go look at the Michaels site to see if I see them there.

| Leanna I have the same problem as I buy a lot of vintage and when you buy at yard sales and such I don't get any desription of the stones!!! I just look at sites and find the proper stones or beads and such for desriptions!! Thanks for all the sites to help with this!!
Also I use Ebay for the vintage beads and I can ususally find what I am trying to figure out on there for my descriptions for tagging!!
I'll really get into making sure I have everything labeled once my shop is opened!!
