Question Weightloss challenge??

Anyone want to join in a weightloss group come the first of the year???
I know that I really need support to lose weight.....I am easily discouraged when the scale isn't moving in the right direction!
If we have a group of people wanting to loose weight we can buddy up and fight this battle together! :grouphug:
It don't matter if you have a few pounds to loose or a truck-load of pounds to loose~we can do this together!

.... I know that kind of scales. I had one of those and then I decided having a dysfuntional family is one thing but having a dysfunctional scale is another. So I threw it away. It did not solve my problem because I am still very overweight but at least I don't have something laughing at me every time I try to weigh myself.
