Default Looking for CD ideas
Old 10-04-2007, 09:56 PM   #1 (permalink)

Hi Everyone:
I am looking for ideas to use the CD's that seem to accumulate at my house. I have made snowmen, an Uncle Sam, and a bunny. Do you have an other suggestions?

Thanks,
Rhonda

I had our bridgekids make fish , I have seen them made into coasters, angels, and my mil has one that is glued onto a ceramic tile then a cut out from holiday cards glued on like papertole. A mobile suncatcher is nice because of the irredscent colors.

A nice idea for Christmas is to make Clocks and put them on little stands you can get from the
crafts shops. If you live in the US clock mechanisms are very cheap as compared with us in Australia.
You can paint the cd first or use a disk labeller to make a label then attached short shaft mechanism.

Hope this helps you.

Default CD's....
Old 12-07-2007, 01:02 AM   #7 (permalink)

I have seen them decoupaged with photo's and then made into clocks. This can actually be a great (very personal) Christmas gift for a grand parent or parents.....
