I'm almost sure it's a spoof e-mail!!! If you want to be sure...forward it to spoof@ebay.com

I've got that addy in my address book and forward anything that I get that looks like that.

I tryed to send it the other day, but it wouldn't go through and then it was gone and this is the second one I got, and thought I would bring it to you!! I've gotten the same email a couple months ago. I forwarded it to ebay to make sure if it was valid or not. They emailed me back that it was a fraudlant email and they were investigating where it originated from.

I saw that on another forum.....I've never had the kind of problems that the lawsuit if pertaining to so I guess Idon't qualify!!

I will just ignore it like the rest!! I'm on most days for a look see so I feel nothing is worng with my service with both so I'll leave it be!! If I have etra money in my paypal account I'll let you know!!Hahahahahaha!!

Hello all, thought I would give a heads up. the ebay and paypal emails are back. please go to the security section on either your paypal oe ebay accounts depending which ones you get and report these. I have gotten 3 from ebay and 2 from paypal in the last few days. I have reported them all and they have come back as frauds.

These people are unreal. I can see that they don't have a great hobby or something to do besides pester everyone.
