Centerpiece for Baby Shower

I used to have instructions for making a baby shower centerpiece in the shape of a puppy. It was made by folding a receiving blanket in a certain way, embroidering a face on it, and putting a lacy cap on its head. Does anyone out there know how to do this? Thanks!!

A food sculpture is always good.. I just thought of this: Find chocolate sticks or something of that nature and then something like pink marsh mellows or cotton candy in shapes of flowers and hearts or rattles and stick them on the ends.. make them into a bouquet and set them in a cute vase or something like that.. it'll be a nice little snack and everyone at the table can take one or two without spoiling the meal you create!

Or try an ice sculpture, of a baby.
