Spring cleaning time!

Time to shake out the carpets and sweep out the cob webs!

I know some of you still have snow, but let's hear it, what do you use to get the deep cleaning done?

Put on the tunes and clean out those closets...

I'm starting with the clothes today. I'll put a line of boxes in the garage: womens, mens, girls, boys. Then they will be ready for an upcoming yard sale.

And I'll dust the upstairs landing where the "I don't want this anymore" basket is.(which is about 6' X 8"-it's an old house)

First sunny day I'll wash the windows. I use hot water and vinegar and wipe with coffee filters.

How about you? What spring cleaning will you do?....

Well, not yet for me, but when I do..

It is going to start with the girls clothes. A yard sale is a wonderful idea.
{get rid of the male things in the house}
Windows, wood floors. {which I need to find out how to treat them} husband used to do that for me.

Spring Cleaning? I wash all of the walls, clean all of the furniture, wash the blinds, windows, scrub the floors & carpeting, wash all the dishes and clean out the cabinets. The closets and dressers get a thorough going over. Right now I am working in the basement & have a ton of things for a garage sale. I have 5 rooms finished. The kitchen is next.

I am also starting to finish up some projects that I have started.

It does keep me out of trouble.

I never thought of using coffee filters for cleaning windows, what a great idea, no lint!!! I love it,

As for spring cleaning, I am going to go through stuff as I pack it up. Am going to wait to do any cleaning unitl we have all our stuff on the moving van and the place is empty, then splish splash here and there, lol.
