your computer room in with your craft room ?

I sew (a lot) and found that the wheels to my computer chair kept breaking and figured out that it was because the little threads that I toss on the floor (ooopss) kept getting caught in the wheels. Anyway my DH went and bought me new wheels they are awesome ! ! now I don't have to worry about stuff getting caught in the wheels :)

I have a computer in the shop where I do my crafts, and this desk seems to be my fav spot to work even though I have a work table and a jewellery station with a huge counter top at table level to work on!!LOL

My desk gets so piled up I can't find my mouse!!LOL Most of my on line playing is done in the house on my lap top which I have set up in the living room on a side table!! It doesn't take up much space and it doesn't get messed up like my shop desk!!LOL The lap top is also twice as fast as my other desk top computer!!! And being on dial up that is very important!!LOL

Nope no computer in my crafting area. I have a computer on the main floor of the house, and 2 set up in my bedroom. One is my husband's and the other is out old one that I use when I am laying up in bed to chat with friends since I have wireless mouse and keyboard. I use my tv as my monitor since its bigger and I can read it from afar

The most obvious solution is to threw the threads in a trash can or make a pile on the desk to throw out when you're done.
Barring changing your ways, the only two things I can think of are to either clean out the wheels daily or make some kind of cover to go over the wheels. The second won't make a difference if threads are being picked up from the floor as you roll.
Goodluck
