DAY 18: Sickness in the air

With flu season upon us this is the perfect time to make sure that you are taking care of those areas of the house that could spread germs.



Take time to wipe down door knobs and light switches. Especially those that are used by those in your home that are ill. This simple step with greatly decrease the spread of those nasty germs!



Doesn't hurt to spray a disinfectant spray in the bathroom~ around the sink and toilet area. Don't forget those handles too!



I know that we have talked about this in a prior post however with lots of illness going around, and the weather not helping much, it is best to be safe and repeat a topic.



Encourage hand washing! Put some lotion by the sink too~that way you won't have dryed out hands!! Slather on some lotion!



Can you think of any tips to discourage the spread of germs~share them!!

After the cleaning we open the windows and leave the house for about an hour. It may be a little chilly but is fresh and hopefully the bugs froze.

It seems to work.

I like to use clorox wipes on everything!
