What is in your Refrigerator???

Moldy cheese??

Unidentified foil-wrapped mystery meat from who knows when???

Rotting fruit or veggies in the crisper??

Candy from the last holiday??



A refrigerator needs to be managed. By doing this you will make meal prep alot easier and cut down on wasted food.



Take a little time to get the fridge in order:



~Empty the refrigerator one shelf at a time~wipe the shelves as you go.

~This is the time to toss those undated or outdated items. If you can't tell what it is~toss it!

~Don't forget the items in the door~those shelves need to be wiped down too!

~Empty the meat bin and the crisper~remove them and wish them out with soap and water.

~Sort the items in the freezer too! If you don't remember putting it in there~toss it!



The easiest way to do this is before you go grocery shopping! Have your refrigerator nice and tidy ready for the new goodies from the store!

If you don't this often then you will never have a HUGE job!

I manage 3 friges right now!! It's been a challenge, but I do my cleaning before I leave each place and make a list of what I have and what I may need or want the next time there!!



It's a bit crazy, but it works for me!!
